The host was incredibly friendly, making us feel welcome right away. The building is brand‑new and the rooms are spotless. Plus, the location in Zug is really convenient for getting around.

“You’ll never want to leave”

Burgis turned out to be the best spot I’ve ever stayed at in Austria – modern, clean, and super comfortable, with the staff going out of their way to make things pleasant. It’s close to excellent restaurants, quiet trails for walking or cross‑country skiing, and you can hop straight onto the Zug gondola. The little sauna feels like a private spa with Alpine views, daybeds, and tea/snacks, and breakfast is made to order each morning.

Our stay at Burgi’s was wonderful; the owner was genuinely kind and gave us clear, personalized instructions for everything, including breakfast each day. The location is peaceful and quiet, which we really appreciated. We’d definitely come back.

We received a warm welcome and felt right at home. The rooms are spacious and the whole house has a great atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious and started the day off perfectly.
