There was no facility, no customer service, and the room was not clean.

The photos of the hotel were a far cry from reality—completely different. The location was terrible, the rooms were awful, and the building looked like a haunted house. Only the reception area was somewhat acceptable. Overall, the location and rooms were horrible, with no cleaning or comfort, leaving me feeling uneasy and negative.

Hotel staff was very very rude . For not only us , there were other guests who had similar complaints. He also asked for extra money - 500 per person saying , else he wouldn't give the room . The hotel’s facilities, staff behaviour, cleaning, and location were all great 😊 Nothing else to add.

The staff were friendly, but the place was filthy: the bathroom door was broken, bedsheets and blanket covers were dirty, there was a horrible smell, the sink clogged with running water, the toilet flush malfunctioned, and the AC didn’t work at all. Walls and curtains were grimy, making the experience terrible for my wife and me. We arrived at night and couldn’t change rooms. Plus, it’s an OYO property and when we got there they asked if we were staying just for a few hours or the whole night—what a strange question. Not suitable for couples.
