The location and outside vibe of the room were good, but the staff were unhelpful and not service‑oriented; when I asked for a low pillow they said none were available, and any complaint was met with indifference—like when I couldn't sleep because the pillow was too high. The breakfast was also disappointing.

The room was comfortable, the services were solid, it was clean, and it made a great holiday spot, but the Wi‑Fi in my room (C1) didn’t work well while my mum’s room had a good connection.
