Hotel Oasis - Mostar (BiH): 07 ottobre 2026 All'arrivo scopro che camera è al 2° piano. NON c'è ascensore e me ne lamento. Mi viene risposto che posso cercare un altro albergo se questo non mi piace. Ero stanco, dovevo ripartire mattino successivo e sono rimasto. Poi, arrivato in camera scopro che: 1) camera con la doccia che era senza uno degli sportelli di vetro. 2) Il phon in bagno non funzionava. 3) La camera aveva una delle luci fulminata, quella che avrebbe dovuto illuminare la zona letto. Pagamento effettuato cash. non hanno accettato card. Chiesta ricevuta, mi hanno detto "dopo". La sera chiedo ancora la ricevuta, mi hanno detto "domattina". Al mattino, alla mia terza richiesta di avere la ricevuta finalmente me l'hanno consegnata. Scopro poi che hanno comunicato a il mio mancato arrivo il giorno prenotato! Infatti ricevo e-mail da che mi chiede chiarimenti per il mio mancato arrivo, segnalato da Hotel ! Naturalmente confermo a che non è vero e che mi sono presentato come da prenotazione !

Petit déjeuner exceptionnel. Tout le monde était aux petits oignons. Le café bosniaque en particulier était très bon. Les chambres étaient petites, pour un séjour de plus de 3 jours, je pense que c'est un peu petit, pour des petits séjours économiques cela fait le job

“Disappointed”

I appreciated the AC on hot days and the staff’s warm welcome, but the hotel sits right next to a busy road, so traffic noise never stops at night. The rooms lack soundproofing, letting in every outside and neighbor sound. The room was dirty: a pile of dust and trash under the bed, stains on the bathroom floor, and some towels had stains. There were no sheets for the blanket. The shower had no door, so the whole bathroom gets wet, and the showerhead wouldn’t stay in place, making it hard to aim the water. The curtains were thin and didn’t cover the window fully, so privacy was poor.

“Beyond disappointed”

I liked that I had free wifi, but the location was terrible (highway, very loud, couldn't sleep well and you need a car to drive to the city). It wasn't clean, even though the cleaning lady cleaned every day and changed sheets & towels. I'm not sure if the tiny black spots on the bathroom wall and shower door were mold but there was a lot of it too. The blowdryer didn't work. Insulation is terrible: the walls are THIN, feels like your neighbor is about to break into your room. I couldn't close my shower door and there was no foot mat so the floor was wet, which was annoying and dangerous to step on. My sink was constantly clogged. No elevator, luggage had to be carried to the third floor. Curtains were see-through in my room; luckily I changed my room with my friend as they didn't mind, but yeah, no sense of privacy. As a woman I felt unsafe.
