I booked the top‑tier room hoping for a nicer view, but the space looked half over the practice and the back of other rooms, with staircases and emergency exits visible. The room was spacious and clean, yet the industrial feel was disappointing. We came with two dogs, paid 20€/dog, and expected basic pet amenities like bowls, a dog bed, small treats, or something similar, but none were provided.
