I spent two nights and overall the experience was good: the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable; the staff were friendly, enthusiastic, and helpful; the location was convenient for getting to attractions and restaurants in central Bac Lieu. However, some of the room’s equipment was quite old, with some items not working or not working well. I hope the hotel will soon inspect, maintain, and upgrade its facilities to offer a better experience in the future. All in all, at the current price, I still consider Happy Hotel a worthwhile option when visiting Bac Lieu, and it would be even better if the hotel improved its equipment.
