I loved that the hotel sits right in the heart of Manhattan; downtown is a 30‑minute walk and uptown is another 30 minutes, and all the major attractions are super close by. Nothing was lacking.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful, but my room was large yet dark with no view at all, which felt claustrophobic.
