The location and staff were good, and breakfast was decent, but the jacuzzi assigned to our room was used by guests from another room during the night, even though it was meant for us; the owner replied immediately but the damage was done. The jacuzzi is on the floor above, not visible from the room, and accessible to others. The toilet drain overflowed and the mattress was uncomfortable, resulting in a 6.0/10.
