I had a terrible experience at this hotel due to the poorly maintained stairs from the patio to the lower floor, which don't meet current regulations. Unfortunately, a family member had a serious fall and had to be taken to the nearest medical center, resulting in severe shoulder and left arm injuries that required significant medical expenses not covered by social security.

My stay was a mixed bag - the owners were fantastic, providing everything we needed and being incredibly kind, making our experience truly wonderful. The house was well-stocked with essentials like towels, sheets, duvets, and kitchen utensils. However, we did encounter some issues, such as the fireplace being hazardous and producing a lot of smoke due to its exposed state, and the radiators not being very efficient. Despite these drawbacks, the owners' kindness made our stay enjoyable.
