Our room was huge and comfortable, and everything from the coffee machine to the milk frother was there; Alice was especially amazing and helpful—thanks, Alice!

Being near Trevi made walking around Rome a breeze, and Alice was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, always arranging taxis and guiding us; I just wish they had milk or creamer for tea.
