Great location, quiet area well served, close to Tiburtina station and easy to reach. The breakfast is plentiful, can be enjoyed in the room or on the balcony at your leisure. The staff are kind, punctual, and helpful. The room is spacious, clean, and fully equipped for the stay. Everything is fine.

I booked this room for my daughter who had an exam the next day at university; Mrs. Anna was incredibly kind and ready to meet all her needs. The room was spacious, clean, and the location was central. Breakfast was excellent. I recommend it to everyone. Everything was perfect.

Everything went very well. The public avenue (maintained by the municipality) leading to the property has poor upkeep with scattered litter; this isn’t the B&B’s responsibility but should be reported to the relevant authorities along with other nearby condominiums so action can be taken.

交通距离火车站很方便. 电梯对有行李的人很不友好
