The staff were really friendly and helpful, yet the linen was odd‑looking with stains; when I asked for a change they gave me another set that was also stained, and the third one wasn’t any better, so I gave up after the fourth request. The whole vibe there felt a bit off.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, with a clean and comfortable bed, a spotless floor, and a functioning air conditioner and TV. The bathroom was also well-maintained and clean. However, my experience was somewhat marred by the noise from the hotel's renovation work, which made it difficult to relax. Overall, the hotel's cleanliness and amenities were a highlight, but the noise from the renovation was a drawback.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a single night before embarking on a Komodo Island Tour. Its proximity to the airport was a major plus, allowing us to walk there easily. Although the property is still under construction, the newness was evident, and the bed was incredibly spacious and comfortable.
