Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Sikeston

I reported a toilet malfunction on Saturday morning and was told it would be fixed that day. I reported it again Sunday at checkout, but I still had to lift the lid and the flapper to make the toilet flush. Not fun. I was offered a bag of Chip‑Ahoy cookies for the trouble.

“Convenient location with a friendly staff.”

The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at a hotel, and the staff were friendly; however, I couldn’t get the fan to stay on for the air conditioner—once the temperature hit, the fan shut off automatically, and I couldn’t keep it running overnight even after changing the settings.

I checked in very late, so I expected a later checkout time, but everything else was great.
