“Unclean, bugs, should not be open”

The mattress was sleepable. Do not stay here! Ants everywhere, dirty bedding, no toilet paper, WiFi didn’t work. No one spoke English, so I had to use a translator. The lady at reception was lying on the floor with her bra exposed, which is highly unprofessional. The bathroom had pubic hair on the seat, the door didn’t close, and everything was dirty. There was no trash bin in the room or toilet paper. I felt very uncomfortable staying there. I’ve stayed in many places for the same price or less with far better quality. Avoid booking here.

Very comfortable, the AC was super cool. The only downside was the lack of water.

“Maybe train your staff?”

I booked an emergency night while my house was being renovated. The location was nice and quiet. The check‑in was bad: the staff were rude and showed no hospitality. The bed sheet was dirty and smelled, the wall had mold, and the shower didn’t work properly—no hot water (but that wasn’t the main issue). The mattress was too large for the frame, so I had to be careful not to fall. If only I had felt welcomed during check‑in, it might have been better. I work in hospitality, managing two hair studios, and I was surprised by the treatment.
