The room wasn’t clean, plug points were broken, the air‑conditioning units had problems, there was no power supply, and the lift didn’t work.

The location was good, but the AC wasn’t working, the bedsheets and pillow covers were used, and the staff were so busy they didn’t give us hand soap.
