The location was convenient overall, but I wouldn't recommend it for a business trip because it can get quite noisy, especially during holidays. The staff were rude, especially the cleaners who seemed clueless about customer service. Only a few employees were respectful; the rest were moody as F. One cleaner, skinny and dark‑skinned, was very rude; I didn't get her name but she was terrible.
