A nice, peaceful spot. The caravan itself was well equipped and clean, and the host gave good directions to find the unit. Only a couple of small things: the TV remote was a bit unresponsive, and it would have helped to have a shop closer to the site.

The site was so peaceful with plenty of wildlife and there were many nearby attractions; the stay was very comfortable, though the TV was a bit basic and there was no coffee machine.

“Excellent location, caravan, and hosts.”

The location was perfect, giving easy access to the Lake District, the Yorkshire Dales, beaches and Blackpool. The caravan was great even with a 1‑year‑old, clean, with amazing decking and furniture for afternoons and evenings, and we had everything we needed. Denise and her partner were helpful, providing a travel cot and fans to make our stay even more comfortable. We even saw some stars and plan to return someday. The twin room felt a little small for adults, but we managed fine.
