Love the location, staff and cleanliness. I’ve stayed here many times before and will continue to do so. It’s so convenient, you’re pretty much in the middle of everything. No shortage of restaurants around the area and you’re literally next to the skytrain. Easy to get around the city. I have no complaints

The hotel was new and modern. Super quiet rooms. Rooms are smaller in size but perfect for short term stays

The staff were friendly and the hotel had a nice look, but the location of the hotel was problematic and there were many drug addicts around.

Check‑in was easy and friendly, the room was very clean and a good size with a walk‑in shower, and Tim's and the Skytrain were right across the street; downtown Vancouver was too pricey for us, so we stayed in Surrey for three nights and the Skytrain ride to Granville took a straight 40 minutes.

The staff were great, lovely and very helpful, and the restaurant and bar staff were also lovely; the location was convenient because we had easy access to the Skytrain, but I wouldn’t want to walk around that area at night.
