The view was lovely, the place was quiet, and breakfast was good. The only downside was the black coffee – it could use a better selection and roast.

Everything here is spectacular – the view is exceptional, the layout is well thought out and functional, the staff is very friendly, and breakfast is delicious. The only thing that could improve is a wider snack selection for guests who arrive after the kitchen is closed.

I was really disappointed. After an eight‑hour drive from Bogotá, we got to the front desk expecting to check in with a confirmed reservation, but they couldn’t find it. Instead of apologizing, the staff acted like it was our fault. They even said there were rooms available, but they weren’t cleaned, so they wouldn’t let us stay. No one tried to fix the problem, contact the booking site, or offer an alternative.
