A charming house with a garden where you can have breakfast, situated in a very quiet area yet close to the city center. Veronique was very helpful and offered us a couple of useful tips.
The hosts were very friendly and the breakfast was good, all within walking distance of the old town. From there it was easy to bike, run or walk along the Rance, and there were eateries within a short stroll. The little harbour near the old centre was also nice.

The accommodation was magnificent. The room was comfortable with everything needed, the garden was lovely, and breakfast was fantastic. It was perfect for visiting Dinan and the Breton villages. The owners were charming and attended to us wonderfully. Everything was perfect.
We had a wonderful and very peaceful stay with my mom! Thanks to Véronique and Denis for their warm welcome, availability, and all their valuable advice! Dinan and Brittany are now in our hearts.

We had a lovely stay at L’Ombelle. Veronique and Denis were warm, caring and yet very discreet—true hosts who create a welcoming atmosphere while giving everyone their space. The rooms were tastefully decorated with great care. We especially liked the linen bedding, which felt very pleasant in the summer. Even though it was hot outside, we slept well, and a fan was also available. Everything was spotless and a pleasant scent added to the sense of well‑being. Breakfast was excellent, varied and generous: juice, jams, baguette, crackers, fruit salad, charcuterie on request… and you could even ask for specific items. The garden, with its many shrubs and palms, exuded a lovely southern vibe and was truly relaxing. We were a family of four with two children, who felt very comfortable right away. I recommend this place without hesitation to anyone looking for a charming, hospitable spot near the beautiful city of Dinan, or as a starting point to explore Saint‑Malo, Dinard and the whole region. We would gladly return! A small point that could improve the experience: it was not always clear which areas were reserved for guests and which were private. A little indication would be helpful.
