The hot‑water system, however, failed three times; the tap on the bidet should have been on the hot side but they kept setting it between hot and cold, and when I told them the hot water still wasn’t working, reception claimed the boiler was empty because everyone had showered, then I asked how many beds they have and whether a 120‑litre tank can serve 60 guests, but I didn’t want to be rude any longer.
