Overall, the hotel’s décor, location, and the exceptional private beach make it the best of Kotor Bay.

The location is great, right on the beach with fine sand, and I think it’s the best hotel in Kotor; the bed and pillows are very comfortable and the room is very clean. The breakfast menu was weak; on the second day a Jewish group came to the hotel and only they were served, even some of them entered the kitchen and made the food, which was very disturbing; the breakfast offered only an Israeli menu, which upset me and left me hungry. There were a few issues in the room, but they were resolved.

The location, facilities, and design are great. Unfortunately some areas could be better, such as the food in the restaurant not matching the high prices; the food isn’t always cooked well or served hot, for example. Also the rooms weren’t cleaned very well, which let down a 5‑star hotel. These little things could be improved to truly make it a 5‑star experience.
