The location was good, near the old town, and the rooms were as clean as the pictures in the app. I booked two rooms and asked beforehand for them to be placed together; the hotel agreed, yet on check‑in they put each room on a different floor, and when I asked to move them they kept arguing with the guest, showing unprofessional behaviour, while the male front‑desk staff was rude and unhelpful until the manager finally intervened.

The room and overall hotel were pretty nice with good décor; everything looked clean and the front‑desk staff were very helpful, even letting me try a scooter since I’d never ridden one before and giving useful advice in clear English. The gym was well equipped, though it lacked a fan or air conditioning, so the room became sweaty quickly; still it did its job. Breakfast was decent. The bathroom, however, didn’t match the rest of the hotel’s quality.
Breakfast was not very varied.

The spot was very convenient for getting to the Old Town, the hotel sat right in the center but was very quiet, the rooms were clean, and the front‑desk staff were sweet and enthusiastic.

The room was very clean, new, well sound‑proofed, and quiet; breakfast was diverse, and I also enjoyed lunch at the hotel, with tasty dishes and generous portions.
