I was impressed by the hotel's excellent location, delicious breakfast, and cozy atmosphere, especially during the winter season. The sauna was also a lovely addition. However, the room decor could use a refresh, as the carpet had some noticeable stains.

“Ein wunderschönes Hotel direkt an der Elbe”

The hotel room was beautifully decorated, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The food was also exceptional. However, I was concerned about the lack of supervision in the spa area, where guests were walking around in street clothes and drinking. The area was also very loud, and there was no designated area for guests to store their belongings when entering from the adjacent building.

We had a wonderful time at the hotel during the Christmas holidays, enjoying the excellent food and cultural program. The hotel truly went above and beyond to create a festive atmosphere.

“Sehr gerne wieder”

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely come back. The location is superb, especially during this time of year with the beautiful lighting ambiance outside on the terrace and park areas. My room in the annex with a balcony overlooking the Elbe River was perfect for me.

I recently stayed at this hotel, which is beautifully situated on the Elbe River, and I appreciated the good breakfast and friendly staff. However, I was a bit disappointed with my room, which was located next to the fitness room and had a cold, tiled floor, making it feel chilly when I arrived on a cold day. Despite this, I enjoyed my stay, and I think the room would be lovely in the summer.
