The property itself is okay, but they refuse refunds and the lady at the front desk was very rude, so I plan to report her.

Our stay was short after flying in to pick up our new puppy. The location is perfect and the pet friendly policy is great. Our stay wasn't long enough to even fairly say anything could have been done better. We enjoyed our 1 night short stay

Everything was excellent—the staff were kind, helpful, and have been working there for years, making it a wonderful experience; the room was clean and I can’t say enough good things about this hotel, so I gave it a 10.0/10.
