The location was close to the beach, the room was clean and the staff were helpful, but the noise was a problem – the connecting room had thin walls so we could literally hear people talking next door, plus their alarms. Late‑night arrivals were an issue, and they said most Tiger rooms had connecting rooms so we couldn’t change. On the first day the room was filled with smoke from other guests smoking, which forced us to complain.

The location was good, but the room had no windows, the sea view was non‑existent, the pool was not great or tidy (only two loungers and no umbrellas), and the breakfast buffet was really bad.

We were not given a city‑view room as promised; they said we were a smaller party and another family would stay longer, so they offered a sea‑view room instead. I didn’t see anything worse.

The proximity to the sea was nice, but our reservation was at the hotel, which they asked us to cancel citing Booking, and in the end we received apartments with a sea view as they claimed – honestly awful.

The location was good, the room was very nice for a low price, and overall it was a very good stay. The breakfast was a bit monotonous for those of us who didn’t want noodles or rice, but the rooms were attentive.
