I was assigned to a smoking floor even though I don’t smoke, so the floor and room smelled of smoke.

“Breakfast”

Breakfast was excellent, a real celebration of meals; staff were friendly and the soaking bathroom had a chair. However, the information sheet on the desk mentioned something that wasn’t actually in the room.

Having the towel rack only inside the toilet was inconvenient. Also, the room lighting was such that when I tried to turn on the light from the dark, it didn’t work; upon closer look I was surprised to see the bulb was removed. Additionally, the washroom was dark.

“駅近で最高な立地”

I liked that it was close to Shin‑Osaka station and very convenient. The room was a bit larger than usual and comfortable. It would have been better if there were a safe. Nothing was particularly inconvenient.

“Muy cerca de la estación del tren.”

The room was very large, about three times the average size. The staff were super friendly, even helping us buy tickets to go to baseball. The room was very comfortable, two streets from the train station, so from the hotel it’s easy to get anywhere in the city.
