The building and surroundings were lovely, though the room itself was small.

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had both a bath and ample space, but the coffee machine in the restaurants produced subpar coffee that lowered the overall dining experience, and parts of the hotel looked worn; the path from the carpark to the side of the main house, overlooking the parkland, featured old broken furniture and the remains of an old bonfire, giving a poor impression.

The location was great and the staff were very friendly, but some rooms need updating because the wallpaper is peeling off the walls.
