The location and the route to the hotel are very easy, close to Karoon Beach, and the room view is truly panoramic; the staff were friendly. However, moving between the buildings required using several elevators to reach the room, and breakfast was simple and not varied.

Close to the shipyard and the dry‑cleaning, and the staff were kind. The main problem was the abundance of lizards, and it could use a bit of refreshing.
