A decent property, but the overall experience was disappointing and did not justify the price due to limited food options, room allocation, and service. Title: Disappointing Experience The property is decent, but unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing and not worth the rs20,000 we paid. • A 9-year-old child is treated as an adult, with additional charges and ID requirements. Even after paying the extra charge, we were repeatedly asked to confirm payment for an extra bed. • The lunch/dinner package is expensive, but it is not a buffet. You get only 6–7 limited dishes to choose from, with juices charged separately. The food options do not justify the price. • We were initially given a room next to the housekeeping area, with constant noise. When we requested a room change, we were asked to pay extra, despite the property having very low occupancy. • Staff were not particularly warm or welcoming, and the overall service felt unnecessarily transactional. The property has potential, but the pricing, food, room allocation and service need significant improvement. At this price point, I expected a much better experience
