This hotel is awesome for families - the staff are super friendly and helpful, and they've got loads of activities to keep the kids entertained. The facilities are really good too, clean and comfy rooms, nice pool area. Only downside is the ski area on site is pretty small, but we didn't really mind since we were just looking for a chill family holiday.

Honestly, I was pretty disappointed with this hotel - it felt way overpriced to me. The all-inclusive options were limited, the location was pretty bad, and there just wasn't enough stuff to do or use.
