We loved the modern design, clean and well‑maintained room, and especially the balcony; the staff were also kind and accommodating. However, the breakfast and dinner were advertised as buffets, but upon arrival we were only offered limited room service because the restaurant was closed, so the hotel should update its descriptions to avoid misleading expectations for future guests.

I am always a customer of yours and always choose you because of the hotel’s excellence, cleanliness, quality of facilities and services—everything is wonderful and distinctive, which is why I pick you every time. Thank you for the hospitality and care, and best wishes always. A special thanks to brothers Abdulrahman and Mishari, and I can’t forget the security guards.
