“Excellent location and hotel. Great value for money .”

The rooms are large and comfortable, with a super‑large bed that feels family‑sized. Breakfast offers a fabulous variety that suits every nationality. The beachside pool with a swim‑up bar is great, and the sun loungers are well organized. The staff are polite and helpful. The local hotel staff are friendly and very helpful, but they could be more proactive—spending a little time walking by the loungers to ask if anyone needs a drink or a snack would boost pool‑restaurant sales for sure.

“Peaceful, relaxing and comfortable. Felt like home.”

I loved this property! The pool is amazing and spacious, never feeling too crowded, with plenty of comfortable lounge chairs. Breakfast is always tasty, and the staff provide very good service. The room is very spacious and clean. The spa experience is lovely and professional, and the gym is very clean with towels provided. The gardens are beautifully maintained. However, between two people we were only given two 350 ml bottles of water a day, which is far too little for drinking and brushing teeth. We had to keep calling for more, and eventually we went across the road to the mini‑mart to buy 4 litres of water at a time.

“Lovely resort our family enjoyed.”

We stayed one night in transit. The family room was great for the four of us, and the kids liked the gifts and the fantastic bath in the bathroom. The resort pool and breakfast were high quality, and we enjoyed booking our sun loungers, accessing the water sports, and having a nice lunch at the Italian restaurant. The staff were very friendly. The family room size isn’t ideal for more than a couple of nights. Overall, we were well looked after and accommodated.

“I'm not sure why this hotel has got 5 starts. I would rate it 3 or 2 starts at best. Such a waste of money . Ruined”

The only thing that’s good is the location. The amenities are very old, the towels are dark and old, the bathroom is in terrible condition, and the sink inside the bathroom doesn’t drain—so you have to manually remove the plug and wait for dirty water to go down the pipes. Breakfast offers minimal options, and the beds and mattresses are very uncomfortable, old, and noisy.
