I didn’t get breakfast because no one mentioned it. The staff behaved unprofessionally, refusing my office ID issued by the Ministry of Education, Government of India, and didn’t offer the welcome juice that was available at reception for guests. I tried to speak with management, but the person on the phone said he couldn’t help. Later I learned that he was leaving in two days. Overall, the place is rundown, poorly maintained, and the staff’s unprofessional conduct is the worst.
