“Not a stay to be remembered”

Breakfast was okay, not many options. The location was poor, tucked into congested lanes and not easily accessible, even though it was in Hall Gate and had no car parking. The rooms could have been better with windows; there were no windows at all. Room upkeep was poor: chairs had torn upholstery, door frames had termites, and bathroom door handles were broken. Breakfast fell below expectations.

location, facilities, cleanliness was great. 2 front liners staff was rude (sadly 1 was a Sardar Ji) and un Professional in line with customer service and breakfast was slow where guest have to wait for top ups and small area to dine

“Only a one time show and never again”

The bed was fine, yet the room smelled bad, the linen had a strong odor, and the personal locker in the linen closet didn't work. The staff were not courteous.

“Reconsider”

Proximity to the temple. Restaurant food was excellent. They made us pay to a personal number.reason given was that their WiFi had an issue ( 2 days.) Taxi overcharged Damp smelling and dirty bathrooms. Basic things for the room we're not provided.eg towel,doormats
