Nothing. The room I was assigned had a bathroom full of excrement; it was lacking in every respect for a 5‑star hotel, which is the worst. They treated me poorly as if I wasn't paying for services; it was the worst experience. They moved me to another room and only apologized; the pool was truly dirty, a terrible experience.

Location, cleanliness and everything were 100% excellent, great place. Nothing, everything was fine.

The spot was convenient, yet the building was old and the floor was in bad shape.

The heated pool was great, but the overall upkeep felt a bit neglected.
