“Uncomfortable”

I booked this place because I was having surgery at Strong Memorial and my wife could use the free shuttle to visit. The room was next to Social Services, where residents were extremely noisy and disrespectful late into the night. After the second night I finally demanded a room change, which required a door pounding and a 2:00 AM visit by desk staff to quiet them. Still, the noise—like chopping on a table—continued all night. On Saturday the desk told my wife that no shuttle driver was available, even though I had called before booking to confirm the shuttle ran on weekends.

“We had a comfortable stay in a clean and friendly place.”

The place was spotless and the staff were friendly, but the restaurant closed very early.
