The place is nice and close to the center, which is a big plus. The only hiccup was the fitness center – it costs extra and that wasn’t clear when I booked. If you’re planning to hit the gym, you’ll have to ask a day ahead.

Breakfast was great, and the hotel sits right next to the equipment rental and the bus that takes you up the slopes. The only downside was that the buses could have run more often during the day.

The breakfast was the highlight – plenty of good options and the location is spot‑on, close to Seefeld’s center, the train station and the ski lifts. The rooms look tidy, thanks to the host keeping a close eye on guests. But there were a lot of snags: no pool, the gym was extra‑pay and only usable with an instructor, and you had to ask the host each day to turn on the heating and open the door. Common areas, including the bathrooms and gym, were often locked.

Stayed here and it was brilliant – the owners and their family were super friendly. Breakfast was fantastic with a huge variety. The spot is quiet but close to the city. Rooms are modern chalet‑style with comfy beds, and the new fitness area was a big plus.
