Great spot in Trastevere, easy walk to Rome’s main sights. The owner made helpful videos explaining how to enter the building, so no need to set up a meeting time. Communication was excellent and the room was big. The only downside was a bad shower leak that forced me to lay an extra towel to absorb the water, plus the drainage was poor – I ended up standing in a puddle at the end of the shower. Otherwise, everything was fine.

This was our second visit. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Trastevere train station and the city center were within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable.

Good location, very comfortable. Self‑service coffee and hot‑water station, a balcony to sit and view the avenue, air conditioning, a large wardrobe for clothes, a small safe, a tiny fridge, various charging sockets, soap, shower gel, and shampoo – all perfect! The cleaning was separate, though ours was also private.
