The front desk lady was very friendly, and the outdoor pool area with its garden and plenty of seating made it easy to hang out with friends outside. However, the problem started when we discovered that the indoor pool was not operating in summer, even though it was advertised as year‑round; we chose the place mainly because of that indoor pool to avoid the sun. In at least two of the four rooms we booked, there was an unpleasant chemical smell reminiscent of insecticide. The front desk brought us a fan, but it did nothing. During the two days we stayed, there was a general power outage in the area. A generator was turned on, but it only powered the lights, so we found ourselves in the middle of a heatwave in the rooms and dining area without air conditioning, and breakfast had no hot drinks because the kettle probably had no power either. Noise insulation was poor—the floor, ceiling, and wooden stairs meant that even with a carpet on the floor, you could clearly hear footsteps from outside the room. Breakfast was relatively cheap, especially considering the location; the on‑site restaurant only opened at 12:00, so you had to wait and pay extra for food. Overall, the rooms need cosmetic renovation— the wood in the shower is already warped, there are broken tiles that have been patched, and the walls need repainting. By the way, even though we stayed two nights, no one came to empty our trash cans. In short, we only enjoyed the well‑maintained garden area, which looked pleasant.

“They don't tell the truth”
Nothing. The hotel scammed me basically kept telling me on WhatsApp we have canceled your fee while Booking telling me they didn't . I was waiting for weeks while they kept telling lies
The garden, the pool, and the surroundings are beautiful, and the staff are very friendly and helpful—we felt completely at ease. The hotel also has a restaurant, and the food was tasty. We would have liked to stay longer. The carpet in the room was very spotted and might need to be replaced.
