The staff’s friendliness stood out, we were moved to San Fernando II, a brand‑new room, and they even gave us the room on the upper floor with a large terrace. Afterwards we had an exclusive hotel breakfast for 5 euros. Everything was fantastic.

The location is spot‑on and the staff are super friendly, overall a great stay. The bed pillow is uncomfortable—it's a ball‑type pillow that doesn’t let you rest, though the mattresses are excellent. There’s only one outlet, which makes charging phones, a hair dryer, or a camera a hassle. The price feels a bit steep for the facilities, especially since we were there in August and everything was pricier.

Everything was clean and the location was good.

The owner was very kind and moved us into the building with the elevator after seeing our luggage. The beds are comfortable. The place is in the historic center, not accessible by car (only for residents) and paid parking is available nearby. Later we were told we could enter because the cameras weren’t working.
