The location is spot‑on, right in the heart of the city, which is a real advantage. Unfortunately the flat itself is in bad shape – dirty rooms, lights that don’t work, an air‑conditioner that leaks, plaster flaking onto the bed, and a broken kitchen drawer. It feels like the whole building is overdue for a renovation.
“We did not stay, they kept cancelling our booking”
We never actually got a room – each time we tried to confirm the reservation, the hotel cancelled it. It turned into a frustrating back‑and‑forth and we ended up booking elsewhere.
