Everything was amazing: the staff were incredible, the food epic, the rooms nice, and I’ll definitely return. Nothing was wrong.

The spot right in front of G‑Land is fantastic, and they even organize a boat that takes you straight to the lineup. The clamping tent is well designed, stylish, and very comfortable. Being surrounded by wild animals in a national park makes it a unique experience. The staff are excellent, especially the receptionist, and the onsite restaurant and small coffee shop are great. On the downside, communication was poor: I talked with the owner/manager a day before to arrange everything for my scooter entry into the park and he said I should send a photo of my scooter so he could handle it. He assured me all would be taken care of, but when we arrived we were stuck at the park entrance for over an hour because he hadn’t informed them of our arrival. We were then told we had to pay extra money to the park to be let through.

The breakfast is excellent, and despite the remote location the restaurant offers a wide menu. It’s close to the beach, and the hotel mainly attracts surf enthusiasts.

The location is great and this is the best accommodation option in the area. The staff were friendly. However, for the money spent it didn’t live up to my expectations. The pillows were terrible and left me with a sore neck, so bring your own. The food is average, greasy, and heavy, with no healthy options. The monkeys are quite savage; we felt uneasy eating even though staff were armed with slingshots. My friend’s food was stolen from her plate. The beaches were the worst part: they were disgusting, littered with trash in the water and on the sand, and there was a lot of it. They charge 200,000 per day for national park fees, which seems substantial, and I have no idea where that money goes. No effort was made to clean the beach.
