The food at the restaurant is very good, and the staff is very friendly and professional. The breakfast could be more abundant with more sweet options.

The location is great, right at the start of town. The staff is kind and helpful. The room is comfortable, though we would have preferred a firmer bed. Breakfast is good. There is a covered parking lot for cars. We also enjoyed playing ping‑pong.

“uno staff di prima qualità per ripartire alla grande”

The kindness, preparation, and availability of all hotel staff are remarkable and rare. The restaurant is good, varied, and convenient. Rooms are clean and pleasant, the 55‑inch TV room has tables for playing or working and sofas for relaxing, the bar has a nice board‑game corner. Overall, it’s quiet, located in front of the congress center, a few hundred meters from Piazza Spada, ideal for those who want to visit the historic center but prefer staying in green areas. In a historic Fiuggi hotel that has reopened, we hope it returns to being a beautiful environment; the owner and team are doing renovations, but some things still need attention (TV channels not visible, fridge off, reported but not fixed during our stay, AC system under renovation). We hope for the future because I intend to return. The parking needs review—it's convenient for a few cars, but the covered part is harder to use and requires maneuvering.

The staff were incredibly friendly and the location was perfect, but the parking lot was completely dark.

“Deluso”

The building had good space and cleanliness, yet the staff were unreliable; I paid 27 euros for each of two dinners but was charged 90 euros for both, so if you can just sleep there, do it, but don’t sit down to eat.
