The hotel sits far from downtown Ho Chi Minh City, so unless you’re there for a business meeting, I wouldn’t suggest it to travelers. I booked it mainly because of its beautiful lobby. Our group rented all six rooms for three days, meaning we were the only guests, yet we were told we couldn’t sit on the lobby sofas, chat, or have tea because the area was reserved for staff. I’ve stayed in hundreds, maybe thousands, of hotels worldwide, but this was the first time a lobby was treated like a staff lounge. A lobby should be for guests, not for a staff member to sit on the floor with a laptop. I hope they make changes for the hotel’s future.
