The only thing that worked in my room was the bed, but that's about it. The shower was completely out of order, and there was no water available. It was a bit of a disaster, but at least the staff were friendly and tried to help. I guess you could say it was a memorable stay.

We had a blissful stay on the peaceful island of Poro, far from the chaos of San Francisco. The hotel was practically deserted, giving us a serene monastic vibe. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us. Having a scooter rental on site was a lifesaver for exploring the caves and beaches. However, the pool was a bit of a letdown due to poor maintenance, and the room's furniture and equipment showed some signs of age.

I was really impressed with the staff at this place - they were all super friendly and helpful, especially the manager who seemed to know everyone's name. It felt like a family-run business, which was lovely. However, the food was a bit of a letdown - the selection was limited and it didn't quite live up to my expectations. I'm not sure if they're still finding their feet after a recent changeover, but hopefully, they'll get the menu sorted soon.
