The location and the rooms were fine, yet the pool area was extremely dirty, the water was murky, they didn’t clean it, and we couldn’t get in.

“El precio no se ajusta a lo que ofrece el hotel”

The location is good and the person who handed over the room was very friendly, unlike the reception lady. Still, the price isn’t right for a hotel of this type, there’s no comfort, the room’s aesthetic doesn’t match the photos, and the shower drain doesn’t work properly.

We had a great time at the pool and the location is good ☺️. The room felt a bit closed in, especially in the heat, but the fan worked so it was still comfortable.

“Terrible”

The staff were very friendly, but the overall experience was awful. The room was unbearably hot and the fan barely worked, even though I'm from Neiva where the climate is warm. The noise inside the hotel was intolerable: music blasted at full volume all night by the pool, and because the hotel is small it felt like a nightclub right next to my room. I couldn't sleep at all and woke up more exhausted than when I arrived. On the third floor the Wi‑Fi signal was nonexistent. If you need a place to rest, I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, which was a bright spot. Unfortunately the pool was a bit grimy and had an unpleasant smell, which took away from the experience.
