The way the dishes were served, the atmosphere, and the well‑isolated rooms were great. The elevator smelled bad.

The rooms looked nice in the photos, but in reality they were different. At first glance the room seemed clean, yet the windows, kettle, and overall hotel standard were dirty; the bathroom had a clogged vent grille so odors from other rooms seeped in, the shower had streaks, the toilet was only rinsed with a domestic cleaner, and the toilet brush was disgusting. The elevator was dirty and smelly, and when walking down to the restaurant you slipped on falling tiles. The breakfast area had dirty refrigerators with cloths on them, and the containers for cocoa and other coffee additives were so dirty and sticky that you could not bring them. The coffee machine, without staff, could not make milk coffee, and there was no staff during breakfast hours, so anyone could eat breakfast up to three times, with no one monitoring it. The breakfast itself was modest. The only positive was the evening dancing at the restaurant and the basement disco. In the room everything could be heard; the windows faced the main street, so you could hear traffic and music. I won't return.

Miła ,pomocną obsługa,dobra lokalizacja do wycieczek w góry ,b.dobre śniadania i obiady w restauracji wydawane do ok 21.00 (rewelacyjny placek gaździny z sosem grzybowym), możliwość potańczenia w weekendy. Trochę głośno od str.drogi .W okresie naszego pobytu wielu głośnych motocyklostów jeżdżących na Salmopol

“Hotel ohne Charme im schönen Szczyrk”

The rooms were large and the bathrooms modern and spacious. The corridors were dim and the lighting poor, and some staff were not competent; we were not greeted by a front‑desk employee in the morning.
