“Mantra lived up to their reputation. Very Poor”

I slept on the floor and it felt just as hard as the bed, and the pillows were uncomfortable; I stayed for six nights and the sheets were never changed, with the staff only tucking in the side I slept on. This is one of the worst stays I've had in my career. The couch was extremely hard, the TV was tiny with a dark shadow across the middle, and there were no nearby restaurants so I had to cook in my room. The stove ignition didn't work, and it took staff a long time to find one. The dishwasher failed to clean, forcing me to hand wash, and they offered an oven but no trays for cooking.

“Mantra Castle Hill”

The hotel offers a fresh towel each day and daily housekeeping, but the bathroom is old with cracked, stained tiles; more lighting is needed in the room, and the dark carpets make it feel dirty. I reported TV reception problems twice to reception, but nothing was fixed.

“Too hot no aircon no pan to cook have to ask but never received .”

The bed is nice and the kitchen is good, but the air conditioning was broken or ineffective, and no air conditioner was in the room. A fan was promised at our door but never arrived, so we bought our own; it was still too hot, and there was no pan for cooking.

I didn't buy breakfast. Finding the entrance was a hassle; we didn't realize we had to drive up and around a driveway.

The reception staff were incredibly friendly, yet our towels were dirty but folded and placed on the racks as if clean, with nasty, smelly stains.
