The host Nisha and her brothers Kani, Parthi, Jathu, and Kithu are the best; they made my family of five feel safe and at home with their friendliness and joy, and they deserve all the best for making our stay very special. The food is delicious, especially the breakfast, which was the best I’ve had in Sri Lanka. The hotel is beautifully situated with a beach view and within walking distance to the main surf spot and the town. The only downside was that during high season some evenings were noisy from nearby parties.

The location was good, and breakfast was tasty, though it often ran out quickly. The price‑to‑quality ratio felt very high for Sri Lanka, with a very simple and small room that was still expensive, which was a bit disappointing.

The staff were lovely, the rooms comfortable, and the view great. The bar next door got noisy at night on weekends.
